Postpartum Doula

I sure wish I’d had a doula after I had my babies! In our society, where we so often have partners who soon return to work, adjusting to life with a new baby can be exhausting and overwhelming. As a postpartum doula, I can help the family adjust to life with a new family member, I can plan, shop for, and prepare meals, do some light housework, assist with organization, hold baby while you nap or bathe, whatever is needed. I am also fully trained in CPR and first aid, and knowledgeable about newborn care and recovery after both c-sections and vaginal childbirth.
