HypnoBirthing is a gentle method of childbirth that empowers the birthing person and helps make the labor and birth process progress smoother, and often with less pain.

Birth Doula

A birth doula can help shorten labor and reduce the risk of unnecessary interventions, including c-sections. Two prenatal visits included.

Postpartum Doula

Being a new mom is stressful. Sometimes a little support can go a long way. A Postpartum Doula comes at scheduled times and stays for as long as needed. Tasks can include counselling, light housework, newborn care, caring for other children, menu planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. Whatever you need to stay strong and healthy.

Breastfeeding Counselor

I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
